The Most Powerful (& Free) Human Design Deconditioning “Tool”

Let’s talk about something simple yet profound that is a foundational point of deconditioning: the power of alone time.

Now, this might be all my 24’s talking (if you know, you know) and my deep appreciation for silence, but I’ve discovered something life-changing on my journey of self-awareness. The most effective deconditioning tool I’ve ever come across isn’t a course, a program, or an app. It doesn’t cost a fortune—or anything at all. It’s completely free.

It’s being alone with yourself.

I’m talking about uninterrupted time with just you. No pets, no music, no podcasts, no TV, no books, no studying—just the pure raw experience of your own energetic auric field. It’s about removing the distractions that constantly pull you away from what it truly feels like to be in your body and to fully inhabit yourself.

For some, this practice might look like sitting doing nothing – just observing life, maybe even bird watching. For some it may be a quiet meditation or taking a walk in nature. All of these options and others not mentioned work beautifully. The key is to find what works best for you and not force yourself to do something just because someone else told you that you should.

Just a note if you’re out in nature: try not to touch the plants or get too close to trees—they have auras too, and the goal here is to fully experience your own energy, without interference.
